Rest day!!!!!

Today is a well earned rest day: Started to train and diet on the 11th of April 2010, my weight had "balloned" to 17st 11lb. Time for action, training started and "oh my god" was it hard....my first swim was 200mtrs and I was totally knackered! 8 weeks later I weigh 16st 3lb (weight loss to date: 1st 8lb) My target weight is 13st 7lb, any less than this and I look like "crap"

The training has improved dramactically.............but still along way to go.
