Rain, rain and even more rain!!!

The weather is pants, it has now been raining for 18 hours very little chance of getting out today, so ran on a treadmill for an hour...........see what tommorow brings..

Fine "Shrike" day

Returned to Spurn today and got good views of a barred warbler and even better views of a Great Grey Shrike. These birds are migrating south for the winter, and have a taste for "flesh" observed this individual chasing and catching a Siskin, then taking it to a thorn bush hanging its victim on a thorn then eating it, pretty grusome,,,,,,,
